Course Overview:

Our Men’s Hard Skills Self-Defense Course is designed for individuals of all skill levels, from those new to self-defense to experienced martial artists looking to enhance their practical application in real-world scenarios. This comprehensive 4-hour training will strengthen your ability to recognize, react to, and control both violent and non-violent encounters with confidence.

Drawing from real-world statistics and proven defensive strategies, this course will help you develop a deeper understanding of situational awareness, personal safety, and family protection. Whether you’re new to self-defense or seeking to expand your existing martial arts training, our course integrates fundamental and advanced concepts to maximize effectiveness.

Participants will learn to apply our E.A.R.R.D.S™ principles—tactical frameworks designed for rapid decision-making and response in high-risk situations. Hands-on drills reinforce these principles, ensuring practical skill development that can be used immediately.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Defense techniques against the 5 most common male-targeted attacks

  • Effective body positioning to maintain control in confrontations

  • Situational and environmental awareness for proactive decision-making

  • Recognizing aggressor behavior and pre-attack indicators

  • Basic ground defense and methods to regain footing quickly

  • Strategies for protecting family members or others in danger

  • Weapons defense, including responses to edged weapons and active shooter situations

To provide a realistic and effective training experience, participants will engage in practical application exercises using our Spartan training suits. This ensures that every technique learned in class can be confidently executed under pressure.
